Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Home heating in New England can be expensive for some families. We at Pilgrim Propane believe that all families should have access to the resources they need to keep their homes comfortable throughout the seasons. If you’re struggling to afford your home heating, there are resources available to help you pay for your fuel. Known commonly as Fuel Assistance, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides eligible households with help in paying a portion of winter heating bills. The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program application is free. No fee is required to apply, and free help is available from the state to complete applications.
