What are the benefits of a budget plan?

While there are many benefits to Pilgrim Propane’s budget plan, the most significant is that it spreads your propane payments out over the entire year. Instead of paying thousands of dollars for fuel over the span of a couple winter months, you can pay bit-by-bit throughout the year. These monthly payments will all be equal, predictable, and low enough to fit into your monthly spending plan.

How is my monthly bill calculated?

We use reliable technology that takes into account your previous annual propane usage, the predicted winter temperature, and your home heating preferences. Then, we multiply your predicted annual gallons by the current market price and divide the total into 11 equal payments. One of these low payments is billed each month of the year, excluding June.

How can I pay my monthly bill?

We want paying your bill to be simple and convenient, so we offer several options:

In person: If you’d like to stop by, you can pay your bill at the front desk in our office.

Online: Pay anytime through our secure, encrypted website, which is available to you 24/7.

By phone: Give us a call at (781) 878-5518, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your payment over the phone.

Auto Pay: You can keep a card on file, and we’ll automatically process your budget payment each month, so you don’t have to remember or worry about it. You can choose to have your payment processed on either the 15th or the 28th of the month, whichever works best for you.
